Saudi arabia will reopen the Iraqi border after 27 years

Iraq shares a 70-km border with Saudi Arabia. Relations between Saudi and Iraq broke out during Saddam Hussein’s regime’s Kuwait invasion. Arar’s main border, Saudi Arabia, was closed that day.That’s what’s supposed to open now.

     

The highway was closed in 1990 and opened on 15 October. With this, the distance between Saudi and Iraq will be reduced at all levels.
