Renewal of professional registration through mumaris plus
You can renew your Saudi Council card prior to expiry date for within one month of post expiry without any penalties.

Penalties for delay in renewal of professional registration card
Saudi council card expiry(day zero to day 30)
For the first month post expiry of your scfhs card,you don’t have to pay any fine. You can simply renew your card.
Saudi council card expiry(day 31 to day 90 )
From day 31 to 90 days if you renew your saudi council card you need to pay a fine of 300 riyals.
Saudi council card expiry(day 91 to day 180)
For a delay of 3 months to 6 months in renewal of card,you need to pay a penalty of 600 riyals.
Saudi council card expiry(day 180+)
If you delay more than 6 months after expiry of your scfhs Registration card,the fine is same 600 riyals.
You need to renew your card as early as possible in order to avoid further actions from Saudi Commission for health specialities.
