1.Through Absher Website:
To change your registered mobile number on the Absher website, you will need access to your current mobile phone.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to Absher account:https://www.absher.sa/
Step 2: Go to update user Information:
Step 3: Click Edit mobile number:
Step 4:New window will open saying Welcome to Change Mobile Number service.Click next.
Step 5: Your mobile number will receive an SMS with a verification link to change the mobile number.
Step 6: Click the link in SMS .It will open in to a web page.Watch a youtube video.Later it will show a button “continue”.Now it will show request is successfully verified.
Step 7: Again login to absher.Follow step 2,3,4.Your mobile number will receive an OTP code.Enter it.
Step 8:Now you will see “Please enter new mobile number details”.Enter the new number.Click next.You will get a OTP code and later enter it.
Now you can see “Your account information has been updated with new mobile number”.
2.Through the Absher Kiosk:
If your registered cell number is no longer accessible, you can change it in Absher by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit the nearest Absher kiosk machine:
Find the nearest Absher kiosk machine and visit it in person.
Step 2: Select the language option:
Choose the English language option from the language menu.
Step 3: Enter your Iqama number:
Enter your Iqama number on the kiosk machine.
Step 4: Select the “Update Mobile” option:
Select the “Update Mobile” option from the available options.
Step 5: Fingerprint verification:
To complete the verification process, please place your right index finger on the fingerprint scanner, followed by your left index finger.
Step 6: Enter your new mobile number:
Enter your new mobile number in the field provided.
Step 7: Enter the OTP:
An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your new mobile number. Enter the OTP received on the new mobile number to finish the process.
